V Shape back standing is a more advanced exercise of the spiral stabilization method. It is performed standing. Equipment: rope.

Starting position: Stand with your back facing the rope handle, the feet are parallel, your arms straightened at the elbows and rotated outward. Your belly is pulled in and buttocks firm.

Align your pelvis and lower spine. Breathing in, raise your arms upward and open them to make a V shape.
