Shoulder Blade sideways standing is a basic exercise of the spiral stabilization method. It is performed standing 1 arm. Equipment: rope. It targets blade.

Starting position: Stand with your hip facing the rope handle, the feet are parallel, the rope is in front of your body. The far arm exercises (i.e., if you stand with your left hip facing the rope handle, your right arm exercises, and vice versa).

Breathing in, straighten up and align your pelvis and lower spine. Bend your arm at the elbow and put the palm in front of your belly with the thumb up.
