Scales front standing
Scales front standing is one of the basic spiral stabilization exercises. It is performed standing. Equipment: rope. It targets shoulders.
Starting position: Stand facing the rope handle, the feet are parallel. Put the palms on the thighs.
Breathing in, straighten up and align your pelvis and lower spine. Raise your arms in front of your body and turn the palms up holding the rope between your thumb and index finger.
