Back Scales one leg stance
Back Scales one leg stance is an advanced spiral stabilization exercise; it assumes you have the basic series covered. It is performed one leg stance. Equipment: rope.
Starting position: Stand on one leg with your back facing the rope handle. The other leg is one step in front of your body, straightened at the knee, with the tiptoe touching the ground.
Keeping your belly firm, shift weight onto your front leg and firm it all up, including the buttock. Move your rear leg one step in front of the body and rest it, bent at the knee, on the tiptoe.
The full procedure, a video with voice guidance and what to watch out for are in the Spiralista app.
