Crawl back standing
Crawl back standing is a basic exercise of the spiral stabilization method. Execution: a hand. Equipment: rope. It targets ribs.
Starting position: Stand with your back facing the rope handle, your feet are parallel. Keep your body upright and belly and buttocks firm.
