  • Execution Step on a mat

Crawl back step on a mat is a balance exercise of the spiral stabilization method — besides muscles it trains stability. Execution: step on a mat. Equipment: rope, mat. It targets ribs.

Starting position: Stand on one leg with your back facing the rope handle. The other leg rests on a mat in front of your body.

Turn your pelvis forward so both its sides are aligned. Extend the back of the head upward, keep your shoulder blades down.

The full procedure, a video with voice guidance and what to watch out for are in the Spiralista app.
