Back Scales standing
Back Scales standing is one of the basic spiral stabilization exercises. It is performed standing. Equipment: rope. It targets shoulders.
Starting position: Stand with your back facing the rope handle, the feet are parallel. Your forearms are crossed in front of your body, your palms rest on the pelvic bones.
Breathing in, straighten up and align your pelvis and lower spine. Raise your arms in front of your body, turn the palms up and spread them apart.
