Reeds back kneeling
Reeds back kneeling belongs to the basic spiral stabilization exercises and suits beginners too. It is performed kneeling. Equipment: rope, mat. It targets hip, thighs.
Starting position: Kneel on a mat with your back facing the rope handle and knees pelvis-width apart. The shins are parallel, the legs resting on the insteps off the mat, the heels pointing upward.
Breathing in, straighten up. Keep your pelvis and lower spine aligned.
