Front Fencer kneeling
Front Fencer kneeling is a basic exercise of the spiral stabilization method. It is performed kneeling. Equipment: rope, mat. It targets loins, hip, calves, thighs.
Starting position: Kneel on one knee on a mat, facing the rope handle. The other leg is bent at the knee, resting on the foot in front of the mat.
Breathing in, straighten up. Keep your pelvis and lower spine aligned and the buttock of your kneeling leg firm.
