Back Fencer kneeling belongs to the basic spiral stabilization exercises and suits beginners too. It is performed kneeling. Equipment: rope, mat. It targets loins, hip, calves, thighs.
Starting position: Kneel on one knee on a mat with your back facing the rope handle. The other leg is bent at the knee, resting on the foot in front of the mat.
Breathing in, straighten up. Keep your pelvis and lower spine aligned and the buttock of your kneeling leg firm.
