Back Arrow standing
Back Arrow standing is a basic exercise of the spiral stabilization method. It is performed standing. Equipment: rope. It targets shoulders.
Starting position: Stand with your back facing the rope handle, the feet are parallel. Put the palms on your thighs.
Breathing in, straighten up and align your pelvis and lower spine. Raise your arms in front of your body, turn the palms up and spread them out to the sides.
