Curl-Up back kneeling
Curl-Up back kneeling is an advanced spiral stabilization exercise; it assumes you have the basic series covered. It is performed kneeling. Equipment: rope, mat. It targets hip, thighs.
Starting position: Start on a mat with your back facing the rope handle. Sit on your heels with the knees pelvis-width apart and shins parallel.
Breathing out, firm your belly and the bottom part of your buttocks to keep the pelvis tucked till the end of the exercise. Then start to rise, vertebra by vertebra, until you reach an upright kneeling position.
