Front Flamingo standing
Front Flamingo standing is one of the basic spiral stabilization exercises. Execution: legs. Equipment: rope, poles. It targets hip.
Starting position: Stand on one leg facing the rope handle. Your other leg is one step in front of the body, bent at the knee and resting on the tip-toe.
Keep the standing leg and belly firm. Breathing in, raise the bent leg and move it behind the body.
