Back Flamingo with wings standing
Back Flamingo with wings standing is an advanced spiral stabilization exercise; it assumes you have the basic series covered. Execution: legs. Equipment: rope, poles. It targets thighs.
Starting position: Stand on one leg with your back facing the rope handle. Your other leg is one step in front of the body, bent at the knee and resting on the tip-toe.
Keep the standing leg and belly firm. Breathing in, raise the bent leg and move it behind the body.
The full procedure, a video with voice guidance and what to watch out for are in the Spiralista app.
