Hamstrings front standing
Hamstrings front standing is a more advanced exercise of the spiral stabilization method. Execution: legs. Equipment: rope, poles.
Starting position: Stand on one leg facing the rope handle. The other leg is stretched at the knee and instep in front of the body, facing the rope handle.
Bend the straightened leg at the knee and pull the heel to the buttock. Don't raise the hip.
