Arrow front shifting weight is a more advanced exercise of the spiral stabilization method. Execution: shifting weight. Equipment: rope. It targets shoulders.
Starting position: Stand facing the rope handle, the feet are parallel, arms outstretched in front of the body. Keep your body upright, maintain your gaze at eye level.
Breathing out, spread your arms straightened at the elbows out to the sides. The rope is between your thumb and index finger.
