Stretching shoulder girdle is one of the basic spiral stabilization exercises. Execution: stretching. Equipment: mat, chair. It targets shoulders.

Starting position: Kneel on a mat on both knees holding the edge of the chair in front of you with both hands. Your lower back, chest and head are slush.

Now, move your torso down and rotate the head to one side or the other at the same time. This exercise stretches the area of the shoulder girdle.
