Starting position: Kneel on a mat on one knee; the other leg is bent at the knee and resting on the foot in front of the mat. Both legs are parallel and pelvic-width apart.

Now, firm the buttock on the side of the kneeling leg. Shift weight onto the foot of your front leg by moving the body forward.
