Stretching thigh and groin
Stretching thigh and groin belongs to the basic spiral stabilization exercises and suits beginners too. Execution: stretching. Equipment: mat, chair. It targets hip.
Starting position: Kneel on a mat on one knee; the other leg is bent at the knee and resting on the foot in front of the mat. Both legs are parallel and pelvic-width apart.
Now, firm the buttock on the side of the kneeling leg. Shift weight onto the foot of your front leg by moving the body forward.
The full procedure, a video with voice guidance and what to watch out for are in the Spiralista app.
