Heels front stretching
Heels front stretching is an exercise from the sport series of the spiral stabilization method. Equipment: rope, mat. It targets calves.
Starting position: Stand facing the rope handle, with the front of your feet on the edge of the mat. Keep the heel of one foot on the floor, the other is raised.
Breathing in, lift both heels up and put your arms in front of your body with palms down. Keep your pelvis tucked and belly and legs firm, including the buttocks.
