Biceps variation A front standing
Biceps variation A front standing is a more advanced exercise of the spiral stabilization method. Execution: strenght. Equipment: rope.
Starting position: Stand facing the rope handle, your feet are parallel. Keep your body upright and maintain your gaze at eye level.
Bend your arms at the elbows, turn the palms toward your body and pull them to your shoulders. As you pull the rope, firm your trunk even more so your body stays in an axis.
The full procedure, a video with voice guidance and what to watch out for are in the Spiralista app.
