Start front kneeling belongs to the sport series of spiral stabilization exercises. Execution: strenght. Equipment: rope, mat.
Starting position: Kneel on a mat on one knee facing the rope handle. The other leg is bent at the knee and resting on the foot in front of the mat.
Breathing out, straighten the exercising arm at the elbow and pull it together with the rope backward and away from the body. The palm is turned toward the body; the rope is between the thumb and the index finger.
